The bubbles are numerous and fine and form a beautiful bead of foam. The evolving side of this champagne is elegantly highlighted by gourmet aromas of pastry. They are accompanied by equally delicious notes of candied fruit and hazelnut. We find the candied fruits on an expressive palate, refreshed by notes of candied citrus fruits. This champagne has a beautiful tannic structure which gives it character and length on the palate. Terra Vitis and High Environmental Value certified.
