Grape variety: 100% Pinot Noir Production technique: Our grapes, grown according to the Organic Farming Charter for almost ten years, are vinified in the traditional way and aged in oak barrels. Yield: 35hl/ha Alcohol content: 13%vol Tasting Notes: Adorned with a dazzling cherry red color with raspberry reflections. The nose is revealed with aromas of toasted bread with a hint of ripe red fruit. In the mouth the tannins are melted, the aromas evoke flavors of cherries, raspberries, blackberries and the slight woody notes bring a good complexity to the whole. Tasting tips: Ideal temperature between 15°C and 18°C. To be enjoyed within 5 years Food / wine pairing: This cuvée is perfect as an aperitif, or with grilled fish, red meats, spicy dishes and cheeses
