 Mouth: Good consistency in this well-rounded wine with a balanced finish. 
Its tannins are silky and dry.
 Grape variety: Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Mourvèdre.
 Serving temperature at 14-16°C.    Goes well with unspiced meats such as a rib-eye steak or a rib-eye steak, but also with cheeses that are not too strong.
