 Elegant, mineral and fresh wine Very flattering and fine nose.   Very fruity on the palate with aromas of morello cherries.

 In the wake of the international conference in tribute to Paul Ambert (archaeologist), held in Cabrières in October 2019, the Cuvée Pioch Farrus was born.
 Pioch Farrus is Cabrières copper and its rich mining past, for which Paul Ambert initiated mining archeology research in 1979, revealing one of the first metallurgical centers in Europe at the dawn of the third millennium BC time.   Pioch Farrus, these are Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre grape varieties from organic farming conversion plots located just above the mine.
