This wine is delicious, supple, fruity and fleshy, with a beautiful fresh and mineral aromatic persistence.    Grape variety: 50% Cinsault, 40% Grenache and 10% Syrah Serving temperature at 7-10°C.    Food & wine pairing: Excellent with charcuterie, grilled meats and white meat.
