Winemaking Vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Cold stabilization, settling and start of alcoholic fermentation maintained between 16° and 18°C. Wine aging Thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks and 500 liter barrels for 9 months. Tasting Notes Pale yellow robe. The nose is expressive with brioche and slightly buttery notes. The attack is frank and lively with a beautiful structure in the mouth. We recommend it with grilled fish, white meat or simply as an aperitif.
