ELABORATION – Aging for 6 months in stainless steel vats favoring the development of fresh and fruity aromas. – A method that brings sweetness to the palate making Luc Belaire a sparkling wine that is easy to drink and refreshing. – Blended with a 100% Syrah dosage to obtain this exceptional coral color, distinguishing it from other Rosés. – Developed by the 5th and 6th generation of winegrowers from the Piffaut family, on their estate founded in 1898.
