I'm Pauline, I'm 32 years old.
I am the creator of Cactofil.
I started to create patterns for women, children and mother/child duos entirely drawn by hand.
Since October 2021 my patterns have been computerized and have size layers.
I am a self-taught designer because I acquired this know-how as I made my seams.
I am passionate about sewing and more broadly textile creations, I improved this knowledge by developing my technique through practice.
I am also passionate about cacti, I am lucky to have a garden that lends itself to it.
Cacti enthusiasts are called cactophiles.
Hence the name of my company!
I do everything myself: from the idea to the commercialization of the pattern.
My patterns are tested before their commercial releases by a loyal team of testers.
What is essential for me is to share as much knowledge and know-how as possible through my tutorials and patterns.
With my patterns you will always find new techniques and you will train without even noticing!
When I write my tutorials, I always put myself in the shoes of someone new to sewing.
There are always lots of illustrations and explanations!
