Salvador Specialty Coffee - Rose

Origin Salvador - volcano coffee. Discover this coffee with a gourmet aromatic profile with notes of hazelnut mixed with the acidity of dark chocolate. The little story: This café was born from an influential grandmother, like Café LouLé! Rose is indeed the grandmother of 4 families, at the head of 4 farms located on the slopes of 2 volcanoes facing each other (Cerro Verde and Ilamatepec). The same coffee was grown on these farms, but dried in 2 different ways. One part is dried according to the natural process and the other according to the honey process. After tasting these two coffees separately, came the idea of making a process blend. This results in a more complex, rounder and flavorful cup. The producers are brought together in the family business Café Pacas. They are committed to the region to provide good working conditions and to improve the quality of life of its employees and their families. They work in particular with institutions to develop educational projects, the prevention of violence and to contribute to the improvement of the environment.
