This coffee is a blend of typica, bourbon, caturra and catuí varieties, produced at high altitude (1.200 to 1.700 m). It has double certification, organic and Fairtrade. This coffee is recognized by its profile and peculiar characteristics such as its flavor in the cup, acidity and balanced flavor that adjusts very well to microclimates, temperature and altitude. The Organic Farming certification guarantees that no pesticides, chemical herbicides or artificial fertilizers have been used in its cultivation.
