
Discover this smooth and balanced coffee with delicious and subtle notes of hazelnut and gingerbread. This coffee comes from a Brazilian variety of Maragogype, native to the state of Bahia where it was first discovered in 1870. Known in English-speaking countries as "Elephant Coffee Beans", its beans have the particularity of being 2 to 3 times larger than those of other varieties of coffee. Cultivated in Nicaragua, this coffee grows at an altitude of between 950 and 1500 meters, under the natural shade of ingas, endemic trees and banana trees, promoting slow maturation and exceptional aromatic richness.
