India Pure Arabica ground coffee 250 grams

Pack containing 250 gr. of ground India MONSOONED MALABAR coffee. This coffee, originating from the state of Kerala on the south coast of India, is the best quality of the moosoned coffees. It is so called because after harvesting the green beans are exposed to the monsoon winds in open warehouses for a few weeks of the rainy season. This process reduces the acidity and increases the sweetness of the grain, giving it a straw yellow colour.
