Raspberry Extra Jam

This jam is traditionally prepared with 73g fruit per 100g jam. The secret of this tasty jam is: little added sugar and the selection of the fruit that predominates. We use the Wilamette raspberry. This is a summer raspberry. The fruits are dark red, large and firm with a sweet taste. Artisanal Belgian product. Purpose: 1-person packaging or gifting item.
