Camelion Cie., Ltd (Camelion) was established in 1994. Our aim was to specialize in the research, development and manufacture of quality batteries. In 1997, we opened two offices: Camelion Enterprises Ltd. in Hong Kong which serves as the production center for Camelion products, and Camelion Batterien Gmbh in Berlin, European sales and distribution server for the Camelion brand. In 2000, Camelion established itself in the UNITED STATES where the sales and distribution centers and servers are based with our American partner, AMS, in Miami, Florida. This office is responsible for sales in the North and South of the United States. In 2002 we started a company by Power DC in Australia and New Zealand which enjoys the strong growth of these countries.
Today, Camelion continues its investment in research and development to bring a complete line of high quality batteries to the consumer. From a single factory in 1994, Camelion now has more than ten factories - using advanced technology in its manufacturing process - to meet world demand at very competitive prices while keeping the quality of batteries as a primary objective.
Camelion's product range includes the most common batteries such as zinc manganese and alkaline, in all sizes: AA, AAA, AA, C, D, batteries for lamps… In anticipation of the growing need for consumption batteries, Camelion has added the following new products to its battery line: Rechargeable batteries (NICAD and NIMH) and charger, photographic batteries, watch batteries, cordless telephone batteries, model building batteries and torches. Camelion now offers more than a thousand references.
