WHITE CHARDONNAY - TWISTED Concentration, Full body, Michelin chefs choice. Very low yield of 1,000 bottles per hectare. Intense bouquet of well ripened grapes, yellow apple. In the mouth concentrated, velvety with hints of ripened fruit, crushed almonds and dry herbs. The higher acidity and minerality balances the wine perfectly. A fresh cleaning salty note and the appreciated slightly bitter in the aftertaste which lasts. 50% Stainless steel and 50% 6 months 50% in 500L French oak. Alcohol 15%.
