
The Beaumoncel cheese dairy, established since 2021 in Orne, in the heart of Pays d'Auge, is dedicated to the production of exceptional milk by promoting the autonomy of the farm. With 100% autonomous breeding where the cows are fed on grass, the raw milk from the two daily milkings is sent to the cheese dairy to be transformed into Camembert de Normandie AOP, shaped by hand using a ladle using the traditional method. It is essential to allow the cheeses to drain slowly on the molding tables, then to refine them to reveal all the aromatic richness resulting from the cows' diet. It is a great source of pride to be in Camembert, the birthplace of the famous cheese created by Marie Harel, and to be able to offer an authentic Camembert de Normandie AOP Fermier. For you, the cheeses are refined in our cellars with daily care to delight your taste buds. The weight of all individual cheeses can therefore vary depending on the ripening.
