Barbera NatoBio

Barbera NatoBio is a DOC organic wine from the Colli Piacentini. GRAPES – 100% Barbera produced by cultivating the vineyard by scrupulously following the directives for organic production. VINIFICATION – soft pressing and 15-day fermentation in stainless steel tanks, both with indigenous and selected yeasts. DESCRIPTION – intense ruby red color with violet hints, intense, fruity bouquet with sensations of blueberry and cherry jam. Elegant and enveloping, round and balanced flavour. Strong wine structure. It goes well with dishes with strong flavors, from appetizers to middle courses, as well as with grilled meats, game and even aged cheeses.
