This Mexican lager is brewed light and golden with lots of flaked corn and Pilsner malt. We added neomexicanus hop Sabro along with Motueka and fresh lime zest. Works with or without a wedge of lime but we definitely prefer with... Caravelle Brewery started out as a kind of mad, beer science lab at the back of our restaurant in Barcelona’s Raval neighbourhood. We made beer on pimped out home-brew equipment and mainlined it straight through to our bar on the other side of the wall. We’re still in Barcelona but now we brew in a bigger space in the badlands of Sant Adría, where we continue to experiment, knocking out bold, tasty beers that suit the local lifestyle of sun, sea and city.
