All parts in the series are made of forged aluminum alloy with a rough ProcalonPlus non-stick coating and a heat-resistant outer coating in a black look. 

Thanks to the heat-resistant stainless steel handles, both small and particularly large pans can be handled comfortably. 

These all-rounders are all heat-resistant up to 210 °C and dishwasher-safe.
