CS KOCHSYSTEME, STELLARIS braising pan Ø 28 cm, non-stick coating, ovenproof, suitable for induction

All parts in the series are made of forged aluminum alloy with a rough ProcalonPlus non-stick coating and a heat-resistant outer coating in a black look. 

Thanks to the heat-resistant stainless steel handles, both small and particularly large pans can be handled comfortably. 

These all-rounders are all heat-resistant up to 210 °C and dishwasher-safe. The 24 cm ø braising pan is characterized by extra high side walls and easy handling of complex and versatile dishes.
