Compote of Mastantuono pears and white chocolate - 156 ml. Prepared with an ancient variety of pears found on our farm, harvested and processed by hand. This is the Mastantuono pear, small and round, yellow in color with brown streaks, very tasty and fragrant. Cultivated in the inland areas of Campania, especially in the provinces of Naples, Avellino and Salerno. It is an endangered pear, still cultivated in very few small areas like ours, a symbol of the biodiversity of the upper Sele Valley where Casa Iuorio is located, at the foot of the Alburni mountains. Ingredients: pears (Mastantuono and Coscia varieties); sugar; White chocolate; lemon juice; almond flavored liqueur. Without preservatives and dyes. Fruit used for 100 grams of product: 98 grams.
