
Our virgin walnut oil is the fruit of ancestral know-how, extracted by hand in a traditional mill dating from 1780, equipped with stone millstones. The walnut kernels are slowly ground there, then lightly roasted to accentuate the aromas, then hot-pressed, using the old method, to reveal all the aromatic richness of the fruit. After extraction, the oil is left to settle naturally for three weeks, without filtration, in order to preserve all of its nutrients, aromas and benefits. The result: an authentic oil, with a powerful and rounded taste, perfect for enhancing salads, vegetables, cheeses or hot dishes. An exceptional product, 100% natural, a faithful reflection of tradition and the terroir. Our traditional walnut oil is made from 100% walnuts. You can keep it for up to 18 months. This oil is not suitable for people with nut allergies.
