CHAMPENOIS LENTILS

Origin France Champagne lentils come from a plant belonging to the Fabaceae family, i.e. legumes or ‘pulses’. It is close to the lentil and is characterized by its delicate, woody taste and its fine, melting skin. From a nutritional point of view, lentils are interesting for their high protein content. Our lentils are grown by farmers located in the departments of Marne (51) and Ardennes (08), two departments in the historic region of La Champagne. 100% Champgane Lentils
