This muesli is made with oat flakes, toasted wheat flakes, toasted barley flakes, toasted rye flakes, toasted rice flakes and millet flakes. These flakes are steamed. In addition, the toasted flakes bring a crispy texture to the muesli. This manufacturing process allows cereals to be more digestible, while retaining their nutrients.
