QUINOA

The term “quinoa” comes from Quechua, the language spoken by the Incas and means “mother of all grains”. It is grown in the highlands in Bolivia. Sacred plant of the Incas, quinoa largely contributed to the expansion of this great civilization. In the 1970s, Westerners discovered this precious grain. Quinoa 100%
