TASTE: Highly refreshing beer, with a bitter touch and citrus and fruity flavors due to double dry hopping. PAIRING: This beer, being super refreshing and somewhat bitter, will go well with everything. HISTORY: Cap Blanc is a small paradise on the seashore, which has been home to all the towns of the Mediterranean. As a border land, its inhabitants have coexisted with the land and the sea. They have been shepherds, sailors and farmers. One night, the pirates landed in a nearby cove and scoured Cap Blanc in search of captives and then asked for ransom and thus captured a young couple. Shortly after setting sail, a storm broke out that the hostages took advantage of to escape, swimming to shore. The next day, they were found lying on the beach. When they woke up they told how a woman who had skin like that of fish helped them in their escape. In homage to this fish-skinned woman from Cap Blanc, we make this aromatic, low-alcohol beer, straw-colored, bright, fresh and perfumed, with citrus and floral notes and a somewhat bitter finish.
