Chardonnay cuvée 480, vintage 2021

A lively wine with aromas of orchard fruits (apple and pear). A nice balance and nice citrus notes. Vinification: fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel vats to preserve the freshness and purity of the fruit. Aging of around 6 months. Bottled by gravity. Soil: Clay and granite.
