Viognier cuvée 812, vintage 2020

A creamy wine that expresses itself with aromas of apricots, peaches and white flowers. Palate lightly toasted and fresh. Vinification: start of fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel vats to finish in oak barrels. Aged for about 10 months in oak barrels with regular stirring to bring texture to the wine. Bottled by gravity. Soil: Gneiss, quartz and silica.
