Wine from several parcels of vines cultivated in organic farming on varied soils (volcanic rocks, stony). Partially destemmed, the fermentations are carried out naturally and then the wine is aged for 10 months in oak barrels. It is a fresh, delicate and juicy wine. Red fruits, slightly tart like redcurrant, dominate on the palate. Then aromas of undergrowth and flowers line the mouth and leave a round and gourmet finish.
