Rosé Extra Dry D.O.C.

Rosé vinification, with separation of the varieties and short maceration for 24-36 hours at 8-10 °C. The first fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, where selected yeasts are added. The wine becomes sparkling in pressure tanks at low temperatures. Intense, fruity and complex, it recalls the scent of flowers and small ripe passion fruits. Pleasant acidity and fresh taste. Full-bodied and with a harmonious taste.
