Gamay cuvée 812, vintage 2020

A fine and delicate wine with aromas of forest fruits, white pepper and rose. The palate is fresh with vegetal notes and a nice tannic structure on the finish. Vinification: fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel vats to preserve the freshness and purity of the fruit. Aging of around 10 months. Bottled by gravity. Soil: Mainly shale and clay and bluish volcanic rock.
