COKUN Junmai Rosé Japanese Sake

A low-alcohol sake using a special yeast that naturally gives it its elegant pink hue. The first nose is fruity, with a sauvignon aspect. HAS Upon aeration, we find notes of white flowers, cooked rice, but also cream and bread dough. ­ The attack is fresh, followed by a dynamic and invigorating heart with its pleasant tangy tension. It feels like tasting pomegranate juice. It’s fresh and fruity, original and very thirst-quenching.
