A Yamaoka sake brewed the old-fashioned way. A calm and traditional aromatic typical of "Kimoto" sakes, on fresh steamed rice and cereals. The palate is pleasantly tart, almost salty, based more on structure than flavor expression. To be enjoyed in a wine glass, at 12°c~18°c.
