An unpasteurized and undiluted sake, packaged in aluminum cans to preserve its freshness as much as possible! From the nose we feel all its power, the aromas are intense and wild: undergrowth, mushrooms, black pepper, citrus zest, with a mineral side. In the mouth we have a velvety sensation at first, with a very gripping bitterness which is then revealed, and the power of the alcohol which appears.
