Fukuju Junami Ginjo - The sake of the Nobels!

Fukuju Junmai Ginjo is a star among Japanese sake. Served in particular at several Nobel award ceremonies, it offers a fruity aromatic range, coated with a slightly creamy texture on the finish. A delight ! The Fukuju Junmai Ginjo, whose reputation is second to none in Japan, has a finesse on the palate enhanced by a slight acidity. On the nose, the scents of blueberry, blueberry and violet create a cozy atmosphere, pleasant prior to a composition of fruity aromas on the palate. Lychee and citrus are particularly persistent. The mouth is round, creamy, with a delicate bitterness as a final punctuation. As an accompaniment, fresh sheep's cheese or cooking with honey will bring a different and gourmet tone to this delicate sake. What our sommeliers say: "A sake of great finesse, with delicate fruity aromas. I work on it in particular by exploiting its texture, slightly creamy on the finish in the mouth. If it can be associated with many dishes thanks to this, I must confess that I particularly appreciate it with fish sashimi. " Features Brewed by: Kobe shushinkan Category: Junmai Ginjo Namachozo Alcohol: 15% Rice polishing*: 60% (*% of remaining rice grain) Varieties of rice: Yamadanishiki, Kinuhikari Capacity: 72cl
