Fukuju Junmai Ginjo is a star among Japanese sakes. Served in particular at several Nobel Prize ceremonies, it offers a fruity aromatic range, coated with a slightly creamy texture on the finish. A delight ! Fukuju Junmai Ginjo, whose reputation is well established in Japan, has a finesse on the palate enhanced by a slight acidity. On the nose, the aromas of blueberry, cornflower and violet create a cozy atmosphere, a pleasant precursor to a composition of fruity aromas on the palate. Lychee and citrus are particularly persistent. The palate is round, creamy, with a delicate bitterness as a final punctuation. As an accompaniment, fresh sheep's cheese or honey dishes will bring a different and delicious tone to this delicate sake. What our sommeliers say: "A very fine sake, with delicate fruity aromas. I work with it in particular by exploiting its texture, slightly creamy on the finish in the mouth. Although it can be combined with many dishes, I must admit that I particularly like it with fish sashimi."
