An intense, round and delicious sake. The nose is fresh and fruity, with notes of cooked rice. The second nose opens, juicy, pulpy and sweet, accompanied by a hint of almond paste. The palate is clear, clean, with an attack on sweetness. It's delicious: it remains fruity, mixed with rice flavors, all enhanced by subtle hints of licorice, anise and white pepper.
