
Lightly filtered sake with the addition of amazake which gives it a very creamy side. The nose is intense with floral, fruity, and menthol notes. You can smell the aroma of authentic sake with an added touch of sweetness. The palate is fresh and fruity. There is roundness that accompanies the very dense texture, we have a velvety sensation like nectar. The tasting continues with sweet notes with hints of fruit accompanied of course by the aromatic elements around the rice: rice pudding, rice water after cooking, rice cake.
