
A simple and easy-to-drink honjozo sake. It is produced using 100% local ingredients. Excellent value for money for this sake which can be enjoyed on all occasions. Light, fruity, and refreshing sake. The first nose is very aromatic, with fruit and fresh mint. We also perceive beautiful notes of fennel and star anise. HAS With aeration, these aniseed notes take over, with some fruity and creamy touches. The palate is fresh, ample and soft, with a slightly sweet attack. We find a creamy side, with notes of dried fruits. Then it is mainly the aniseed aromas which dominate. A light finish on umami and fennel, dry and direct. HASEnjoy in a wine glass, at room temperature (18°C). Pairing ideas: Appetizer with grilled toast, tomato salad with fennel seeds, cheese platter, Lebanese mezzes.
