A light, delicate and refreshing sake! The nose has notes of fresh almond and anise. There is a sweetness reminiscent of rice pudding and hints of fruit. HAS The aeration is minty with a touch of eucalyptus flower, accompanied by tangy notes. The palate is fresh and round with a note of liquorice and fennel from the start. The sweetness accompanies the tasting in a measured and light way, the aroma is discreet. The mid-palate becomes drier with umami.
