Kamenan - Genmaï Shu Sake

Only the brown cuticle of the rice is removed to produce this sake. It is cultivated according to the ancestral Aïgamo technique, a method consisting of raising in the rice field ducks which will feed on harmful insects to prevent weeds to grow. Thus, the latter aerate the soil naturally by going in search of their food. Human intervention is avoided and the rice fields remain healthy. Tasting notes The color is golden and coppery. The nose is woody with notes of cereals, honey and dried fruits. The palate is creamy and fruity to evolve on notes strong citrus fruits, pear and apple. The sake is very balanced and powerful. The fruit notes blend perfectly with the acidity and honey and herbaceous notes give it a nice length. 50cl - 15%
