Génépi liqueur is obtained by maceration of génepi flowers, a high sagebrush very fragrant mountain, rigorously protected and whose collection is regulated, with premium alcohol and syrup sugar. Genepi liqueur is consumed traditionally fresh and without ice, in a small glass of liquor at the end of the meal or even morning before starting a day of skiing.
