SHIMIZU HAKUTOSHU Japanese peach liquor

A light and sweet artisanal white peach liqueur, a true nectar made from fresh Okayama fruit, handcrafted. The nose is pretty and delicious, very fruity. The palate is fresh and velvety, with a texture reminiscent of fruit juice. There is very little alcohol, no bitterness, it is very delicate. HAS drink alone or in a cocktail. Muromachi House is located in Okayama, a region known for its fruits, especially its beautiful, juicy peaches. The producer uses locally grown fruit, which he peels and cuts entirely by hand, before macerating it for two years in distilled alcohol. Over time, the fruit breaks down slightly and the flesh diffuses into the alcohol, for a subtle and deliciously fruity result, it's like biting into the fruit! Shake well before tasting.
