Historical cuvée of the House since it is with it that everything began for Champagne Bonvalet. Like Yang, this cuvée represents momentum and action. Developed by Guillaume in 2012 and released in 2015, the House has decided to reintegrate it into its collection in 2023. 70% Pinot Noir 30% Chardonnay Deep golden hue with a long chain of bubbles. Generous and youthful nose with aromas of fruit. Toned and supple palate giving way to a fresh body. Fleshy and fruity attack. Bright and authentic cuvée with intense but subtle mineral aromas.
