The nose is expressive with floral and yellow-fleshed fruit notes, such as nectarine. This rosé is smooth on the palate, full of gluttony, small red fruits accompanied by a delicate freshness. Pleasant length with fruity notes. Pair with a Provençal vegetable tian or a salmon carpaccio. THE 2019 VINTAGE AT CHÂTEAU D’ESTOUBLON A vintage marked by dry weather until autumn and accompanied by a very hot summer. The vines have proven their resistance to these climatic conditions by presenting powerful berries and well-concentrated juices. The harvest was no earlier because it was necessary to wait for cooler nights to proceed with the picking and obtain very nice aromas with irreproachable sanitary conditions. If the quantity harvested is modest compared to previous years, the quality obtained is no less exceptional and promises a gourmet and very aromatic vintage.
