AVAILABLE FOR PRE-ORDER, DELIVERY JANUARY La Petite Arvine is a truly native and exclusive grape variety. It provides one of the most sumptuous white wines produced in Europe; full-bodied, strongly characterful, it also exhibits a remarkable balance. Two of the Rouvinez estates are planted in Petite Arvine. They are located on the opposite side of our wine-growing region and have a very different geology. This is a unique opportunity to compare the same grape variety on two very different terroirs, but worked and vinified by the same team. ( Château Lichten and Domaine des Seilles).​ ​ Tasting Notes Pale yellow color with slight green highlights, reminiscent of the color of berries; aromas of lime, pink grapefruit, and rhubarb. A marked but not aggressive acidity gives it liveliness and freshness. It is a dry, fruity, remarkably balanced wine with a slightly salty flavor on the finish and a long persistence of aromas.​ ​ Food pairings Perfectly complements oysters, shellfish, seafood, fish terrines, and poultry in cream sauce.​ ​ Silver Medal Awarded year: 2022; subject to availability.
