THE MOMENT

THE MOMENT: AOC Languedoc Syrah, Grenache A ruby color with an explosive nose that evokes red and black fruits (cherries, blackberries), with notes of sweet spices (cinnamon) and thyme. The mouth is full and fleshy with silky tannins. A wine that combines brilliance, freshness and substance. The Syrah and Grenache are vinified separately in the traditional way, with maceration for 15 to 20 days and aging in vats.
