SIPIAN - PARTY NIGHT ROSÉ 2022

This vintage was born from a real passion for our terroirs. And this while wishing offer a wide audience of rosé lovers the chance to taste a rosé vinified like in Provence with native Bordeaux grape varieties. A 100% fresh rosé, or interweaves power and passion, we thus find an explosive nose on the fruits of wood, and a creamy and delicious palate with a citrus finish, particularly grapefruit. The SIPIAN Taste - DUNES: Far from the traditional rosés of Bordeaux or even Clairet, Dunes is pale pink with pearly reflections, its nose is clean and gives off a frank aroma of fresh fruit, we also find citrus, from grapefruit to yuzu and san guine orange, forest fruits like white currant or raspberry. In the mouth, you find a nice freshness with a attack with lemony and lemongrass notes, followed by a beautiful gourmandise, with a round and delicious mid-palate, direct and clean with pretty notes of jammy strawberries. For the final of pretty iodized notes appear as well as a beautiful salinity from our gravelly terroirs. Dunes represents the expression of a terroir through an energizing and refreshing rosé. The SIPIAN – DUNES moment: Dunes with a lemony attack goes perfectly well with the iodized notes of salmon or trout. It also adapts very well with its saline notes to shucked platters such as oysters, clams or even scallop ceviches. Exotic cuisine also goes well with Dunes, because it balances spices through its natural roundness. And without forgetting of course Provençal cuisine with tians of vegetables
