In this recipe, the tender and tasty flesh of the tuna is associated with the finesse and sweetness of the wakame seaweed, for an original rillette that will surprise your guests. Wakame, one of the most consumed brown seaweeds in Asia, is a discreet blend of marine flavors. It is often said that its taste is similar to that of the oyster. Serve chilled as an aperitif, spread on crusty bread, toast, or dipped with vegetable sticks. Also to be enjoyed in verrines or aperitif spoons. Made in France, from simple and quality ingredients, the Tuna and Wakamé rillettes are without aroma, coloring or preservative. Store at room temperature, away from light and moisture. After opening, keep cool (0°C - +4°C) and consume within 2 days.
