IN DETAIL A blend of sweetness and character, this 100% Chémlali monovarietal olive oil will take you on a journey to Tunisia, in the south of the country, to the Ben Romdane family estate. This ripe fruitiness with green notes is reminiscent of apple, dried fruit and more vegetal notes such as aromatic herbs and hay. On the palate it is soft and round with a nice touch of spiciness. At Kaïa we have olive oil in our blood: the great, great, great grandfather of Sarah, the producer, was the first producer to export Tunisian olive oil to the United States!
