The protagonists in this novel are the animals who explain to us their roles in the First World War as well as the solidarity to rebuild their habitats. This novel also invites you to take a different look at the Great War, to project yourself into a fiction that combines humor, drama and comical situations, where despite the madness of men, animals have demonstrated an incredible sense of solidarity. The commemorations of the end of the First World War can only be completely fair and complete if we also pay tribute to all the protagonists who suffered this devastating horror. Hidden behind the shadow of the Poilus, other "hairy" have not been unworthy of anything, quite the contrary: the animals.
